Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere is a mobile application that allows users to post content to multiple social media platforms simultaneously. The Service enables you to:

• Connect your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat)
• Create workflows to automatically repurpose content across platforms
• Post videos and stories to multiple platforms at once
• Track your posting history and usage

3. Account Registration

To use MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere account.

4. Social Media Account Connections

By connecting your social media accounts to MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere, you authorize us to access and post content to those platforms on your behalf. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the connected social media accounts
• You have the authority to grant us access to post on your behalf
• Your use of MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere complies with each platform's terms of service

You may disconnect any social media account at any time through the MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere app settings.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 3 posts per month at no cost
• Creator: £20/month (or £180/year) for 500 videos or stories per month
• Pro: £40/month (or £400/year) for 1,000 videos or stories per month
• Unlimited: £60/month (or £600/year) for unlimited videos and stories

Payments are processed through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

6. Acceptable Use

When using MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere, you agree NOT to:

• Post content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to access MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere (except as provided through our Service)
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions

7. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you post through MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., posting to your connected platforms).

You are solely responsible for the content you post through MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere. We do not review or moderate content before it is posted and are not liable for any content posted through our Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere app, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

If any social media platform revokes or restricts our API access, certain features of MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere may become unavailable. We are not liable for any such disruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MULTIPOST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not guarantee successful posting to any social media platform, as this depends on each platform's API availability and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTIPOST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or sending you an email. Your continued use of MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
