We do not store your social media passwords. Instead, we use secure OAuth tokens provided by each platform. You can revoke MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere's access to any platform at any time through that platform's settings or within the MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere app.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With social media platforms: To post content on your behalf
• Service providers: Third parties that help us operate MultiPost - Post Once Reach Everywhere (analytics, payment processing, cloud hosting)

11. YouTube API Services

MultiPost uses YouTube API Services to let you connect your YouTube channel and upload Shorts to your own channel when you enable a workflow.

Information we access from YouTube

When you connect YouTube, with your permission we may access and use:

• Your YouTube channel ID, channel name, and profile image
• Your list of recent uploads, to avoid duplicate posts
• Video metadata needed to complete uploads you request, such as title and description derived from your source content
• OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to upload on your behalf

We use this information only to provide MultiPost features you enable. We do not sell YouTube data.

Google Privacy Policy

MultiPost's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's Privacy Policy is available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Revoking YouTube access

You can revoke MultiPost's access to your YouTube account at any time by:

1. Disconnecting YouTube in the MultiPost app (Profile → Connected Accounts), and/or
2. Removing MultiPost's access in your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

After revocation, we stop using your YouTube tokens for new uploads.

Deleting your data

You may delete your MultiPost account in the app (Settings → Delete Account). When you delete your account, we delete your MultiPost profile, connected account tokens (including YouTube OAuth tokens), workflows, and posting history from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Deleting your MultiPost account does not delete content already published to YouTube; you may delete those videos directly in YouTube Studio.
